Description
General part information
BD33C0AWHFP-C Series
ROHM's LDO regulators continue the trend towards increasing miniaturization and greater power efficiency and are optimized for power supplies of all types. The broad lineup includes low saturation fixed output types in 1A/2A/0.3A ratings, models with different output voltages and packages, and units with/without a shutdown switch. In addition, overcurrent, thermal shutdown, and overvoltage protection circuits are integrated to prevent IC destruction due to output shorts, IC overload, and surges on the power supply line, respectively.
