AP61300 Series
The AP61300/AP61302 is a 3A, synchronous buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V. The device fully integrates a 70mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 50mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency, step-down, DC-DC conversion.
