BA9741 Series

This IC is a 2 channel step-down switching regulator. Both circuit are available for step-down, step-up, invertive. It is small package, therefor it is best for mobile products.·Timer latch, short-circuit protection circuit is built in.·Circuit to prevent malfunction during low input voltage is built in.·Built-in reference voltage (2.5V) circuit with output pin.·Dead time over the whole range of possible to adjust half period of whole duty range.·A wide input range provided Vcc=3.6 to 35V.
