General part information

BD33KA5WFP Series

ROHM's secondary LDO regulators were designed to maximize device characteristics and provide stable operation through low power consumption, increased miniaturization, and low noise. ROHM's 500mA fixed output secondary LDO regulators with shutdown switch for local power supplies features an output voltage accuracy of ±1% and low saturation. The shutdown switch enables a circuit current of 0uA during shutdown. The wide lineup includes a number of package types and output voltages, such as TVs, HDDs, PCs, and DVD players. In addition, multiple protection circuits are integrated (i.e. overcurrent, thermal shutdown), providing a high level of reliability.
