Description
General part information
BD16852EFV-C Series
BD16852EFV-C is a Motor driver with power DMOS FET built in. It is mounted with 120° commutation sensor less drive which does not require a hall device as a location detection sensor. All output protections have self-diagnostic function and self-recovery function, and it can simplify the system configuration. Also, each output protection states can be judged easily by the protect alarm signal output function. It improves traceability of the set.
