GBU401 Series

The GBU401 is a 4-pin single-phase glass passivated Standard Bridge Rectifier Diode with moulded plastic body case. It has terminals leads solderable per MIL-STD- 750, Method 2026 and high temperature soldering guaranteed 250°C/10 seconds/0.375-inch lead lengths at 5lbs tension.
