SZMMQA27V Series

This quad monolithic silicon voltage suppressor is designed forapplications requiring transient overvoltage protection capability. It isintended for use in voltage and ESD sensitive equipment such ascomputers, printers, business machines, communication systems,medical equipment, and other applications.
