LQA20 Series
Qspeed™ family 150V, 20A common cathode diode has the lowest QRR of any 150V silicon diode. Its recovery characteristics increase efficiency, reduce EMI and eliminate snubbers. Typical applications include AC/DC and DC/DC output rectification, output and freewheeling diodes, motor drive circuit and DC-AC inverters.
